Terms of service.

By using this website or engaging our production services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Scope, deliverables and timelines are defined per project in a separate Statement of Work.

2. Intellectual property

Final delivered files are licensed per contract. Raw footage and unused materials remain our property unless explicitly transferred.

3. Payment

Standard terms: 50% advance, 50% on delivery. Specific terms may apply per SOW.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations within 14 days of a shoot incur a 50% retainer charge to compensate booked crew & kit.

5. Liability

We carry standard production insurance. Total liability is limited to the project fee.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
